how long does a wrinkle relaxer treatment take?

The good news is that a neuromodulator treatment shouldn't take too much of your time - only a few minutes to complete! Depending on how many areas you're getting treated, it should last anywhere from 10-30 minutes.

Get ready to show off your smooth and refreshed look by avoiding alcohol, blood-thinning medications, and strenuous exercise before your treatment.

After your appointment, steer clear of extreme temperatures, massaging the treated area, alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours, and no laying down or bending over for the first 4 hours.

Most people tolerate neuromodulators well and you'll likely only feel a little pinch during the first injection!

To ensure that neuromodulators are a good fit for you, giving your ZEST Face + Body team your complete medical history, including any supplements, prescribed medication, and lifestyle details, is super important. Just a heads up, if you're currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or allergic to Botulinum toxin A products or specific medications, then you won't be able to receive this treatment. 

If you've had any dental work done within two weeks of your appointment or have a dental appointment scheduled within one month after your neuromodulator appointment, it's best to reschedule. 

Also, it's best to reschedule if you've recently had flu-like symptoms or received a vaccination (including the COVID-19 vaccine) within two weeks before or after your appointment.
